On kingdom hearts 2 how do i get past the shell thing in agrabah that

jaffar gets to attack you? ye so im in agrabah on it
n these barrel things n this boss is taking jasmine away
and i have to get her back
apart from the problem that i keep dying trying to fight it
ny idead of how to dodge/beat it n get bak jas?
