Default How likely is it that diagnostic tests for heart attacks are incorrect?

I was asked by my doctor to come in for bloodwork because an initial test was showing elevated muscle enzymes. I couldn't go until just last Tuesday (because of work) and first thing the next morning my doctor's office was calling me at all numbers- when I was finally reached she instructed me to go down to the emergency department at the hospital because the enzyme levels in my blood possibly indicated a heart attack.

Anyway, I spent several hours Wednesday at the emergency ward, (had more specific blood work and an electrocardiogram) and the ER doctor said my tests were fine and did not indicate heart damage (likely a different muscle damage) But, I've been getting mild pains in my chest and arms all week and am concerned that something was missed. I'm a 29-year-old female who is overweight, but in good health.
