My friend has a lot of the symptoms of a heart attack, but she also has a serious heart condition which cause constant pain in her ches, and also has hypo-thyroid and high blood pressure

these are the symptoms:
weird chest discompfert, not usual pain, sort of like suicking feeling
discomfert in neck and shoulder
mild heardache
throbbintg sensation in her abdomen
light headedness
nasuea

the only thing that doesnt suppor the fact she is having a heart attack is her age: shes 16

Is she upset when this comes upon her? She could be experiencing anxiety attacks. She needs to go to a doctor and find out.

Heart attacks do not discriminate based on age. You said she had a serious heart condition - this increases the chance she needs help.

Call 911 - it's a routine drill for an emergency room. It is far, far better to go in and find out it's minor than not to and find out it was major.

9-1-1 NOW! As someone else wrote, you are never too young to have a heart attack or heart disease! Call for help, have her lay down with feet slightly elevated, she can have 3 baby aspirin if you have them, OR 1/2 a regular aspirin, she needs to chew them. Call for help, do not drive her!! Do not give any other medicines except the aspirin. Watch for vomiting and make sure she does not choke on that. HURRY!

The neck and shoulder is typical heart warning signs for women in particular the neck!
