What are chances of getting a heart-attack while having sex...!?

They say sex is healthy. No1 talks about heart-attacks and i know they happen. What is the main reason for getting them anyway? Is it possible just cuz of excitement?
LOL No, i do not have any heart problems, and i'm 16.
