Default Heart attack - physical appearance of corpse?

I'm writing a novel. If a man died of a heart attack, what would the corpse look like immediately after death? Would the face be blue? What about the lips, gums, or tongue? Would the eyes be red? Would there be any bloodflow from the nose or mouth? Etc. All info is helpful. TIA.

Default

the body would look relatively normal, aside from being in an ER with tubes coming out of every opening. Just dying from a heart attack at home they would look relatively normal.
