Let's say that God did create everything and he has written out his divine plan. This includes who will be born, how they die, etc. So if you die of a heart attack, that was because that is how God decided for you to die, so it would make sense that you suffered the wrath of God.

Sure, you may not have died in anger, so maybe God was mad when he decided that you were going to die that way. Besides, deciding to make someone die that way seems pretty mean anyway.
