My mom is 47 -
around 20 years ago she had Gastric Bypass, since then, she has never really obeyed her doctors orders regarding diet. For a while recently she was somewhat addicted to diet pills and Ephedrine, now she often can't hold down food and has occasional spells where she feels like she's having a heart attack. They include faintness, rapid heart beat - she doesn't have the energy to really talk or move around and she gets very irritable.
