Am I showing signs of a heart attack of some sort?

The deal is that the past three days, doesn't matter what time of the day that I feel like my chest is being pressed on. I also noticed a lot more " burping". Granted I am not it the best of shape but I am only 48 ( is that young?), a little young for worrying about this?
