Default I've just had a minor heart attack?

It's called an a.f. (atriole falibrilation) My pulse was hitting 240 and i got rushed into hospital. I' m on bisoprolol and warfarin. What can i do to avoid it happening again and will there be any permanent damage? By the way I'm an alcoholic but I'm not going to drink again.

Why do you wait until it kills you before you do something? Your liver is probably shot to pieces.

lifestyle changes are the big adjustment, you have already quit drinking and that's a start, if you smoke, STOP! watch your diet, cut out all fatty, fried, processed foods, Exercise ALOT, start with walking and gentle stretching, and always follow your Doctor's recommendations, ask about lo dose aspirin therapy! take care of your heart! Stay healthy!

Don't ask us, ask your doctor. Get off your computer and get on your treadmill
