Default How to know if it is heart burn/heart attack/chest pain or just ?

They all cause pain on the chest...and breathing difficulty...so how to distinguish?

best way to diagnose is to see a DR. All the symptoms are very similar and noone should chance it.

Ok, I'm 29 years old male. I live and work in Japan, so stress and pressure is high. I eat healthily, but often fry food, lots of vegetables and fish. I drink probably more than I should, but less than many, but have drunk a minimum level for a few months and the pains and discomfort are worse now than before. I smoke, but not heavily. I have a constantly bloated stomach, although I am quite thin. I hope you can offer some suggestions on this one.
