if you ever go to the hospital(i'm assuming you're in the usa) they can't turn u away for having no insurance. prescriptions are a different story...

It sounds like you are very stressed. Eat small meals and practice deep breathing. Try gentle neck stretches a few times a day. If you have chest pain you must go to the hospital for a check. Relax and be happy.
