Men's Health Cover Star body. Lots of cardio and crunches. They all have defined abs, but not big bodies, so it's clear which area they work on. Also, if you log onto LA Muscle you can buy supplements based on your goal. As for going into a filling station, I usually go for Ginsters, but the pastry on them must be bad. Just opt for fruit really.
Putting the buzz into exercising. You need to change your routine around. If you always do the same exercises in the same order, not only do your muscles get used to it and so get no benefit, but you become fed up of it. Do a drasticall different workout, see how that feels.
