First answer to the question is that those magazine covers are air brushed, next slow and steady wins the race haste make waste. Lots of hard work and dedication will pay off, i know it sounds boring but drink water by drinking chilled water speeds up your metabolism. Too put the buzz back into excercising do abs one day, fat blasting, do toning another day and if you can do circuit training. Do these exercises every other day because it is boring doing the same things everyweek change is good.

Change around your reps, weights routines. A model's body usually depends on cutting, so do without the carbs and do lots of cardio.

Filling stations are full of carbs and just about nothing else. Try the jerkee if you can get it. Pack your own food, though. Take a bottle full of protein shake and some chicken breast in a sandwich box.

Change the time of day you exercise. you might meet a different bunch of people and they might motivate you.

Pray every day that you will be re-born into the body of your dreams!!

Seriously though - the best way is to get a personal trainer (or enrol in a gym and make it a priority to have a trainer and go every day.

Change your diet, for meat and veg (your trainer will help you).

Hmm, a few questions there!

Men's Health Cover Star body. Lots of cardio and crunches. They all have defined abs, but not big bodies, so it's clear which area they work on. Also, if you log onto LA Muscle you can buy supplements based on your goal. Brilliantly, one of the goals is "look like a men's health cover star" (http://www.lamuscle.com/docs/products/goal.php?id=25)

As for going into a filling station, I usually go for Ginsters, but the pastry on them must be bad. Just opt for fruit really.

Putting the buzz into exercising. You need to change your routine around. If you always do the same exercises in the same order, not only do your muscles get used to it and so get no benefit, but you become fed up of it. Do a drasticall different workout, see how that feels.

Airbrush, watched a programme on how these covers are made, sorry can't be fairer then that, be yourself and if you lose weight then great but don't spend your time wanting to look like a magazine cover. XXX All the best
