Well, 150 reps is the total of the all the exercises. So you are doing 150 total actions/movements.
For your age and size, this is actually a real good workout as it utilizes so many bodyweight exercises, as opposed to free weights etc. Michelangelo's David didn't get that way by going to Bally's!
As far as perhaps changing the number of reps, just try the routine scaled down, say...5 bodyweight rows, 10 bodyweight squats, etc. If that's easy enough, or rather not challenging enough, then go up till afterwards you can't walk for a few minutes! This is supposed to be an engaging workout with no rest.
As always, be safe and don't do more than you can. As said above, start easy and work to your ideal rep amount.
