Just in the past 4 weeks or so I have noticed the skin under my foreskin is very sticky and tacky the skin is cold and clamy. It was never like that before. When I draw back my foreskin it dries and becomes normal in less than 30 seconds, but after about 5 minutes its back again. I have not had unprotected sex with anyone. I am sure there is no discharge from my urithra. I have had clamidya before and the symptoms are nothing like what I had with that. Problem is intercorse is becoming painful if I dont sit back and let it dry before I start. Also the skin is now becoming saw and a bit flakey in places. I am 43. Anybody know what is the problem and how I can stop it?

id go to the doctors you could have an infection on your skin,, you might just need some steriod cream or something,,

I would go to the doctors and tell him. he will be able to advise you properly, but I would not hesitate in going.
