I think it's because the site is mainly used by younger guys. They are the ones who are obsessed with penis size, etc.

It's normally the older guys who ask about blood pressure etc.

Ignorance, stupidity, low self esteem, nothing better to do. I have ask myself this question for a long time. There are very few actual health questions asked here.

There are a lot of young men who are insecure with their penis. They see porn pics with the donkey dicks and the women loving it, then look down. Its no wonder they are insecure. They think a whopper is the norm. Who they going to ask, mom or dad? Each one thinks their situation is unique so google won't help. They turn to an anonymous site like y/a for their personal info. It does get tedious every day, I agree.
I prefer to think we can help some kid worried out of his mind that he will be embarrassed by his average size unit or the fact that he masturbates.
