Tinactin makes a superior jock itch cream. Be sure to keep the area dry as possible after getting rid of the fungus.

Jock itch is usually caused by excessive sweating or your washing powder. If caused by sweating it is best if you trim your pubic hairs and use a little witch hazel and a little talc between your legs. If it is your washing powder change your brand and use a non bio. Also it helps if you wear very loose fitting boxer shorts or none at all. In most cases it is usually caused by the former rather than the latter.
