Default is any on the "Abs Diet" from Mens Health Magazine?
I was wondering how well that works. Will you notice quick results, and is it easy to stick to?

I have the books, but not the motivation. It seems to be the perfect Laymen's diet. Unlike Body for Life and Atkins and South beach this is (Abs) is more manageable and not all that techy terms.
