mens health subscription?

Im thinking of asking my parents to get me a mens health subscription, i have a question, it says for 1 year (10 issues), you pay 19 dollars + 5 dollars shipping. Now, is that 19 dollars every month? (doubt it) and, do i have to pay shipping for every new catalog that gets sent to my house?
