I am a 23 year old male..healthy, slim and eat well. I was recently talking with a friend about frequency of bowel movements and when I told him that I only go once a week (and have since I can remember) he thought that that was VERY infrequent. I was just curious to see how uncommon that really is or if, in fact, it is unsafe.
