I've been lurking around and never got around to register. Finally I did it and am looking forward to chat with you all.

Anyhow, I remember I purchased a Men's Health package couple months back. It included a workout book and a quick-eating guide. Can anyone shed some light on when this issue was? Also, my luggage was stolen and I would love to get my hands on the workout book and quick-eating guid again..
