Default Hair Colour

Hi,
I'm 19 years old and I think my hair colour is fading. It used to be a kind of red/ginger colour but now it's starting to look more of a blond colour and seems to be very dry. I've considered a few things that me be the cause, as recently I haven't been eating brilliantly, but I've corrected this but to not much improvement. I also considered the fact that I haven't had a lot of sunlight exposure in the last year, as I avoided it in the summer etc.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks.

It is a normal problem to all people in the world. Basically the water problem is the cause.
