i want to get my nipple picerced but i dont know how old i have to be. i live in Queensland in Australia. how old do i have to be? and how much will it hurt and how long for?

I know that here in America a person has to be at least 16 years of age with parental consent to get a tatoo. Most palor's will not touch someone younger than that. 18 would be the age you would need to be if you did not have parental consent.

I had my nipple pierced by the Bearded Lady in Provincetown, Massachusetts in the USA. It did hurt quite a bit as she had to do it freehand instead of using a clamp. Some people think it feels very erotic. It's just a great deal of pressure and a big pinch. There was very little bleeding. Unfortunately, it was nearly two years later and it still did not heal properly. It would crust over and get a little bit of discharge...I would clean it out in the shower. Matthew, It is illegal in Queensland,Australia to pierce any person under the age of 18yrs in the nipple or genital areas.

The breast tissue is very sensitive, think of it as your genitals, and how having your genitals periced might feel. You may live near the beach, ie either the sunshine coast of the Gold Coast and want to show off your nipple pericings, please think out it long and hurt, before you do it, some one else mentioned the down side to having your nipples periced
