not at all, just get it done professionally, its probably the one of the sorest places to get it done, id say you might mess it up if you done it yourself because of the pain. you would definately need a clamp to get it done

it can be very painful, and the healing process can take the longest of most places to pierce. get it done professionally. at your age, you probably need a parent with you to state that it's ok. if they're not going to do it, simply wait until you're 18. you'll deal. time goes by more quickly then you realize.
