My kitten have hair loss above both eyes.?

They were rescued as neworns and bottle fed. They don't seem bothered by it.I took them to the vet and he didnt know but we are treeting them for ringworm with no change.Has anyone hd a similar experience? They have had them since I got them.
They have been treated with oral,topical& shampoo for ringworm for about 6 weeks.I don't hink it is ringworm.Also no one else has gotten anything.I was hoping to save vet bill x 3.lol
