Just a quick question here... i hear it all the time that to lose 100 strands of hair is the "healthy and natural rate".... but does that include guys?
I'm a 19yr old guy and have fairly short hair, and i tend to lose around 7 - 10 strands a day from combing, scalp massaging, washing, etc. (Mind you i use a strong wax to spike my hair almost daily). I admit i was a little concerned when i counted the strands i was losing, but everyone told me it was normal to lose around the amount i was daily.
But would it be still considered healthy for guys with somewhat short hair to lose up to 100 hairs a day? Coz that sounds a little bit much for the average bloke! (And 7 - 10 lost strands per day is nothing to worry about, right?)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
