I'm only 27 and I'm female, and my hair is falling out at an alarming rate. I'm not bald nor do I have any bald spots yet, but it's thin in front. Are there any natural remedies to help with hair loss. I would rather not take non natural medicines, or have any hair replacement procedures. Please don't suggest a wig either. I'm sure the loss is due to stress, and I've tried to eliminate as much stress as possible, but some things just cant be helped. I also know that it's normal to lose some hair, but this isn't. Its everywhere. Even when I vacuum, I'm constantly finding hair, when I wash my hair, large groups of strands come out wrapped around my hands, I get the clothes out of the dryer and my hair is stuck to them. My hair is all over the bed, the cover-everywhere

Even if its stress, change in use/discontinuation of medication, a change in use/discontinuation of vitamins and supplements , you need to have a Dr look into it for you.

We lose a certain amount of hair each day, but what you are describing should leave you a little concerned.
