What is wrong with my boy? He has hair loss in patches on his head. Some
look like meandering patterns.? The resulting bald spots are as a smooth as a baby's bottom. No itching or inflammation. What does this sound like?

it sounds like a big problem. take him to a doctor, and let them give you a prognosis. it sounds serious almost like cancer.
