take your puppy to the vet .i have never heard of adog who could not take 2 medications.

a very common "rash, hair loss, pimples" symptom in dogs is called DEMADEX... they usually have it when there younger and throughout they life they can have flairs... suggest this to your vet.. or it could just be as simple as the food hes on.. call around and get different opinions from different vets
