Default A question for bald men especially those who went bald at a young age)?

Do you ever wondered what your life might have been like if you hadn't gone bald?
I mean hair is something that people use to express their individuality and identity etc.
I often wonder whether my personality wouldv been the same, I deffinatly remember being more upbeat when I had hair, or whether I'd have more success with women, or whether my intrests would be diffrent (I used to like drinking beer and clubbing, now I like working out and eating healthy) etc...etc...
does anyone else think their lives would be diffrent if their hair hadn't disappeared?

I know you are talking from a male perspective, but my hair is falling out at an alarming rate and it is more acceptable for a guy to go bald than it is for a woman! For me, it would be more self confidence! As for my husband (he went bald early) he just pretty much accepted it, but he does wear a hat most of the time, not just for appearance, but to keep it warm in the winter or protect from the rays of the sun. It doesn't make his interest change in the least. His compensation is that he grows a beard and a mustache. It is white and very distinguished looking. Since he can't grow it on his head, I guess it's a compromise from looking naked. Personally I like bald men. As for me, I will try to ward off any chin hairs myself.lol

Not really. When I lost my hair, it only fell out right above my forehead. It looked stupid to have hair eveywhere else, so I started shaving my head. I can't tell you how much money i saved on haircuts, shampoo, and time.

I don't know what you consider to be young but despite having a very fulll head of hair up until the time I was about 22 I was as bald as i am now by the time that I reached 30-and that was twenty five years ago.
For me it was no big deal :I looked at the men on both sides of my family , saw that most of them were bald,I understood the genetics, I understood the odds and when it happened I simply accepted it and life went on .
You can't let these pencil necked marketing geeks make you feel bad about yourself when when there is in fact nothing wrong with you .
