I have been having recent hairloss. please help me.?

I am a woman.I work in a callcenter and most people there have hairloss, thinning hair men as well as women. I have been using fungal shampoo( my dermatologist recommended it because I had smelly scalp) but this from before I started there. My doctor says my hormone levels are ok and I dont have a thyroid problem.Please help.
