protein based shampoo for thinning hair and hair loss?

I am a 23 yr old guy and my hair have started thinning and falling out for the past two months or so, i was just wondering if protein based shampoos are any good to sort out this problem? by protein based shampoo i mean something like the one shown in this link .....

Angele gave you the right info. I'm older than you and use it, and it works. My wife has a beauty salon and sells it...and rarely gets a customer that comes back and says it won't work.
