what is the best shampoo to use for postpartum hair loss?

my daughter is almost 6 months old and my hair started falling out 2 months ago and really really really oh did i say really bad?!!! anywho yah yah it's normal i know and there is nothing you can do to stop it but is there a good shampoo to use that any one knows of? also how long does this hair drama last for? thanks ladies mamas or anyone one out there who is answering my question.
