im 14. i straighten my hair 3 to 4 times a week. and i dont understand why i have some bald spots. they're all near my bang area. what do i need to take or stop or do to reduce the balding???

Wow 14 is really really young to be seeing any bald patches but what you might want to do is talk to your parents and see if really early balding runs in the family. If that is not the case, you can go to a doctor and get it checked out because it could be a chemical that you are using on or near your hair that could also cause that. If you wash your hair too often, I have heard that can make it fall out also.

Stop straitening your hair it snaps it and if you wear your hair tied bak really tigh it can also snap the hair by your bangs my friend has the same problem so stop straitening your hair and wear it in a loose pony of something
