More than 50 strands hair lost after bathing?

Hi recently for the past 1 mth or 2, i noticed that i've been losing alot of hair esp after drying my hair. When i comb through my hair, more than 50 strands are on the floor!! My diet hasn't changed. What could be the reason? I had a dengue episode last september. Could this be the reason? Pls help.. my hair is already quite thin, i can't afford losing more hair!
