there are exercises that will help you stay "strong" and going. One simple exercise is the start and stop method. when you masturbate, continue doing it up to a point where you are about to reach orgasm. then stop... as in STOP... relax and do not think about what you are doing. after a while, when you have already relaxed, start masturbating again and stop when you are about to ejaculate. then relax again. just do this several times until you could no long control it... that's it... easy, isn't it? but you need to do this several times and it will not miraculously work after one session of start and stop... be patient... just enjoy the exercise... good luck...
