Does cirumcision help with premature ejaculation?

I'm uncircumcised and have a bit of a problem with premature ejaculation, and i have been reading a bit about being circumcised and most of the people say that it helps with premature ejaculation. I'm thinking more of my partners needs than mine at this point! Please help, and all the advice is much appreciated!
