I'd suggest you do a web search for instructions on 'male multiple orgasm'. You don't need to be multi-orgasmic, but they are pretty much the same instructions that you'd be given to deal with premature ejaculation. You can do the exercises by yourself or with a partner. At some point, practice with a partner will likely help but you can do as much as possible on your own.The basic idea of the exercises is as follows:- become _more_ aware of your arousal level. Don't just get carried away, be more aware 'I'm at 7 out of 10' right now, that kind of thing. That awareness will help you know when to ease off, when to go hard.- become used to longer stimulation without ejaculation as an immediate goal- practice techniques to drop your physical arousal level, specifically breathing, adjusting pace/stimulation, and _kegel_ exercises.- keep building up kegel muscles- put the awareness + skills together to keep your arousal where you want it.People may suggest distracting yourself, etc. That can buy you a little time, but is actually counterproductive to gaining real control. Real control takes time and effort, but virtually all men are _capable_ of achieving it. Find the exercises, and STICK WITH THEM. Its not going to be solved instantly, but there's no reason why 6 months from now you won't be able to hold off ejaculation at will.
