First, have your prostate checked. Premature ejaculation can sometimes be related to more serious conditions.Second, avoid stimulants such as caffeine, ephedra, etc. These can exacerbate the problem.Third, there are drugs available that will help control premature ejaculation, but they are not approved for this use by the FDA (and since we're talking about offlabel uses of prescription drugs, i wont be specific). If you really want to know, look around http://www.rxlist.com and http://www.pubmed.com a bit.

I don't know about medicines especially for premature ejaculation, but i know many years ago when i was on a certain doctor perscribed anti-depressant, i could f**k my ex-girlfriend for hours and hours, and never orgasm. There are lots of herbal and non-perscription items that "claim" to help, probably B.S.MONOLITH above has some good ideas, but I dated a girl that worked in the adult industry and here are some tips she gave my buddy and his wife.First off relax, you're gonna go off early if you are worrying about it before sex. Second, try to hold off eating or drinking anything before you have sex, especially drinking fluids of any type. It involves something about the same muscle groups that hold back urine are connected with the stmiluation of orgasm or something like that. If you get the chance empty out your bladder just before you have sex (go pee-pee before you copulate). Third, During sex don't worry about it, and don't fixate on your mate and the act of sex you are performing. Fourth, don't use any extra lube unless your mate is too dry to go without. Fifth, if your mate is a female, then spend some extra time in foreplay. Don't get all excited and jump into the sex. Finally, visit your local sex shop, they have desensitizing creams that you can use to numb your penis to help with the sensory overload. Hope this helps.
