The muscle that is used to stop the flow of urine (located between the scrotum and butthole) is also the muscle that controls ejaculation. Doing a PC workout each day can help strengthen the muscle. It recommended that you start easy: 3 sets of 15 squeezes followed by one long squeeze a the end. After a few weeks of this, the sets and reps can be increased to the point of fatigue.
