How can i get rid of premature ejaculation?

Whenever i have intercourse with my partner i get hard errections but as soon as i enter i feel a sensation on top of the pennis head and i ejaculate immediately. Kindly let me know how it can be cured.

It depends on your age and how many times you've had sex. Maybe if you try oral sex to start out, that may help you to ejaculate before you have vaginal intercourse. I suppose it would be OK as long as you have a condom on and don't get soft after just oral sex.
