...sensitiveness and premature ejaculation? I am 23 years old and I’m circumcised. When I'm stressed and stuck at home for long time I masturbate a lot. I mean once or twice everyday. I masturbate without using any kind lubricant. It never seemed to cause any trouble before. But lately I started to feel some irritation around the tip and the circumcised part of my penis. It feels itchy time to time and it became extremely sensitive. Whenever I masturbate or have sex with my girlfriend I ejaculate really fast. And especially if I ejaculate after masturbation, the tip and the former inner skin gets really red. It feels like the skin got really thin and it hurts when I rub it. If wear jeans or some sort of tight underwear, it feels like there is a stimulation due to this irritation in the skin.Before seing a doctor, is there any kind of treatment to heal and thicken the skin? Does premature ejaculation has anything to do with this? Can there be some other problem like a nerve damage? Thank you very much in advance
