The stop and start masturbation method is good, and helps you lose some of the mental and even physical conditioning that you've acquired (thus making you come much sooner than you used to - do you masturbate in a hurry alot? this can cause it )... but you also want to try another method on top of that. first off, when you penetrate simply start off slow for at least the first ten seconds - okay, now while you are slowly finding a nice rythm. You just tightly - and I mean tightly - contract your abs. You hold those abs in really hard and through a constricting of the breathing and overall concentration you WILL last longer. But you must hold them firmly - and dont let up. Meanwhile - use the "point of no return method" for at least 3 weeks or so and consistently (1xdaily) build up to the point where you are lasting as long as you want to in the "real deal" plus say ... fifteen or so minutes. By the way, try and think about how good it feels to "keep going" while you are actualy penetrating - this keeps the focus off of "omg im not going to last, my wife hates when I do this aHHHHHHH-" and reduces pressure on you and her.
dont expect a miracle at first ...If by chance you slip up and she brings it up. Try and laugh about it and make a joke so it doesnt get too serious and can be "rolled off your back" while you used the above to re-build your stamina.
