I am currently 18 years old, in excellent shape, balanced diet, no drugs, little drinking. I have a sculpted chest but my nipples are larger than normal. Is there any non-surgical cures? I have constantly heard that nolvadex will help.

If the problem is just your nipple size, then you probably don't have gynecomastia. It's actually when you develop breast tissue because of hormones. If you do have excessive breast tissue, then time is the best cure besides surgery. It usually clears up within 18 months.
