Honestly... if it were just sex, I wouldn't. If I am using a man as a sex object, his appearance needs to coincide with my physical ideal because I am incredibly shallow. But I suppose if I knew someone who had it, and I fell in love with him based on his personality and loved him enough to get over my overbearing shallowness, then of course I would. However, I think there are many women who probably would have sex with a man with slight manbreasts. Men neglect to remember that women often settle for men who aren't the physical ideal if he has money or gets her drunk first. Therefore, I wouldn't give up hope yet, my (ever so slightly) busty friend.
