What is the worst recorded case of gynecomastia- aka biggest moobs?

Hi, I was discussing gynecomastia earlier with my roommate and we both wondered...How big can they (man boobs) get? B-cup? C-cup? D-cup? I'm not making fun- I'm just really curious. Thanks!P.S. could you include links to info if you have an answer if you have one.
