I have had gynecomastia all my life and never had a girlfriend. I am really self conscious of my chest. I always hear girls love a guy with a ripped rock hard chest. And mine dont really look like most man boobs, they look like actual female-breasts. I used to have other guys in the locker room seriously ask if they could feel them, its very humiliating. They're like an A-cup, maybe a little bigger.

So girls, if you were seeing a guy for a few weeks, and before you saw him without a shirt he told you he had breasts, how would you feel? do you think I should get plastic surgery on them to make my chest flatter?

I think you should get plastic surgery if this is something that is making you really unhappy. I won't lie, I think the idea of gynecomastia sounds unappealing, but then I think about how I'd feel if my boyfriend had it. I already had feelings about him before I ever saw his chest, so I think I'd get over it. I think if you find someone that cares about you, the man breast issue will not deter her. I'm sure you will run into girls who will say mean things, or think it's gross...but I think a woman would look past that and focus more on the content of your heart.
