k my chest fat is a lot like a lot its like a real boobs almost i wear shirts all the time i heard gynecomastia goes away in 3-4 years but i had it for while now and im 16 now it hasnt gone and my brother had it hes 18 he hasnt gone i dont want to go to docter cause its embarassing. Plus i use to work out and my sister told me it went down but then i quit wrkin out. I dont know what to do with my chest fat . cuase 8-3 school 3-6 home usually hw and then to wrk

i have the same problem too... everyday when i go to work, everyone will be staring at my chest, thinking that's boobs.... until i started doing cardio workout... now i even have a nice abs to go with my firm chest

Too much POT is legiondary for causing "man-boobs". If you do not partake of the noxious, nefarious gateway drug, perhaps you were a bodybuilder who has allowed himself to "go to fat".

not even gonna read all that. i have the same problem. i don't know if it's coincidental or not, but i've laid off of meat for the last week or so, and mine have shrunk. seriously. i don't know why.
