Do they have these in Canada, asking since I think there is no private medicine in Canada. I'm 37 male and one side is affected more than the other and looks like a female breast. The porblem is hardenning behind the nipple. THANKS

Make an appointment with a plastic surgeon - NOT a cosmetic surgeon. They should be able to get you back to normal.
