Default Gynecomastia surgery?

How do i go with this? Do i go to my doctor and tell her what.... Or should i just go to the place that does the surgery? and do i need to schedule an appointment or just go to talk to them? thanks , please give me all the info you got.

I'd go to my regular dr. to get assistance in choosing a qualified surgeon to do the procedure. I would think that the surgery would be considered elective and not medically necessary, so insurance would probably not cover it. Check with your insurance company to get the particulars.
