Default I am a guy and i have gynecomastia should I wear a bra?

My size is 46C so my question is do I need to wear a bra? I like the support it gives me and it feels nice.

I wish i had your problem. Anyway, if you feel comfortable wearing the bra both emotionally and physically, then you should, by all means do so!

go for it
it is a medical condition
so get the support you need
other wise back pain
soreness and a hole heap more
you are not th only only out there
and there are a few web sites that can help

It should help with support and help alleviate any back pain you may experience, so sure. Go for it.

If you don't feel the need to wear a bra, I don't see why you would have to. If you feel fine without any support, then by all means, do so. However, most men with gynecomastia feel ashamed or embarrassed about their chests, or uncomfortable, so they wear something for that, usually a vest-like binder that gives the look of a flat male chest (found at mangoproducts.net or a similar place).

You say you like the support and feel of a bra, so you should definitely go ahead and wear that if you like.
